Taylor Swift Killed The Dubstep Movement On “I Knew You Were Trouble”
There is something totally excusable about singing break up tunes in pop music, especially when they’re penned by the much-slighted Taylor Swift. But what we cannot stand by is this country-pop by way of dubstep thing that T-Swizzle is trying to pull of with her newly-leaked single, “I Knew You Were Trouble”. Channeling Skrillex, the hurt lover sings “I Knew you were trouble when you walked in/ Shame on me now-ow” and we just want to throw neon glowsticks at her, not to mention champion her ex-lover (Jake Gyllenhaal). Listen in below…dubstep is officially dead.
